Overview

Tasting Notes: Clear pale ruby color with pronounced strawberry, and bing cherry aromas. Delicate body, well balanced acidity and lingering finish of strawberries and hint of vanilla spice. In the Vineyards: Grapes are 100% cool climate Russian River with 50% hillside fruit, which yields concentrated fruit rich in flavor and tannin. Yields are kept low at approximately 3 tons/acre. Fruit is harvested by hand in small containers with the philosophy that higher attention to detail yields higher quality. .
